  • Travel insurance providers

We curate and coordinate travel experiences but do not own or operate the travel services provided by third parties.

6. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete traveler information

  • Review all travel documents carefully upon receipt

  • Verify passport validity, visas, vaccinations and entry requirements

  • Obtain recommended travel insurance

  • Comply with supplier terms and local laws during travel

Failure to review documents or provide accurate information may result in additional costs or travel disruptions for which we are not responsible.

7. Booking & Payments

  • Deposits and payments are subject to the terms and conditions of individual travel suppliers.

  • Payment schedules and cancellation policies vary by supplier.

  • Prices are subject to change until confirmed and paid.

  • Certain planning or design fees may be non-refundable, as disclosed prior to engagement.

By submitting payment authorization, you agree to the supplier’s terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

8. Cancellations & Changes

Changes or cancellations may result in penalties imposed by travel suppliers.

Tuned to Biss is not responsible for:

  • Supplier cancellation fees

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Weather disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure events beyond our control

Any service fees paid to us are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

  • Medical emergencies

  • Travel delays

  • Lost or delayed baggage

Failure to obtain travel insurance constitutes acceptance of responsibility for potential losses.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tuned to Bliss acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.

We are not liable for:

  • Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

  • Personal injury, illness, damages, or losses during travel

  • Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions

  • Changes made by suppliers or government authorities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to us for planning services.

11. Assumption of Travel Risk

Travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, accidents, political instability, natural disasters, and transportation disruptions.

By booking travel services, you voluntarily assume these risks.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York United States.
